Galloper Wind Farm – Car Park

General Electric

The project involved the successful completion of various services related to the creation of an overflow car park, access steps, segregated walkways, and an access road. The following services were accomplished:

Overflow Carpark Creation: An overflow car park was designed and constructed to provide additional parking capacity. This facility was intended to accommodate excess vehicles during peak times, ensuring convenience for visitors and minimizing congestion in the main parking area.

Access Steps and Segregated Walkways: Access steps and segregated walkways were installed to provide safe and convenient passage for pedestrians within the project area. These features were designed to enhance accessibility, improve pedestrian flow, and ensure the separation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, thereby enhancing safety for all users.

Access Road: An access road was constructed to provide a dedicated route for vehicles to enter and exit the project site. This road was designed with proper road engineering standards, including appropriate signage and markings, to facilitate smooth traffic flow and ensure efficient access for visitors and service vehicles.

The completion of these services aimed to enhance the overall functionality, accessibility, and safety of the project area. The overflow car park addressed the issue of limited parking capacity during peak times, improving the visitor experience. The installation of access steps and segregated walkways ensured safe and convenient pedestrian movement, promoting a user-friendly environment. Finally, the construction of the access road provided a dedicated route for vehicles, facilitating efficient access to the project site.
